I support adoptees through a variety of needs including, but not limited to: navigating relationships, search and reunion, parenting, finding a mental health diagnosis or treatment, grassroots organizing, writing, communication, and simply being a listening ear and sounding board.
I provide virtual consultations through Zoom (or another video/phone service of your choice) to first parents, adoptive parents, child-serving agencies, professionals, students in helping professions, and individuals/couples who are considering placing a child for adoption or adopting a child.
I support these individuals through a variety of needs including, but not limited to: healthy boundaries, navigating open adoption, second opinion on ethics and practice in adoption, parent-child communication, building a self-regarding identity, maintaining privacy in a digital age, reunions, starting grassroots movements, writing, sibling relationships, mental health diagnosis, integrating adoption discussion in the family, managing parent-child-sibling differences, parent self-esteem and confidence, and more.
Cost & Booking
A sliding scale fee schedule is available based on need. If you would like to help me provide low-cost mentorship and consultation to those who need it, please donate through my "support me" page. Make sure to leave a note with your donation about designating those funds to this service.
Feel free to contact me to discuss my services and fee schedule. I am available hourly and on retainer. You can also use my booking page to schedule a FREE 15 minute virtual consultation. This 15 minutes does not create a professional relationship or any obligation to book services. It is intended to help you decide if I am the best mentor/consultant for your needs.
